New European Sleeper Night Train to Connect Brussels to Venice

Starting on 5 February 2025, the European Sleeper night train will offer a spectacular route connecting winter sports and city destinations from the North Sea to the Adriatic.

This new seasonal service will provide travellers with a sustainable and comfortable way to reach the Austrian Alps and Venice, catering to both winter sports enthusiasts and those looking to explore some of Europe’s most historic cities.

The new night train service will operate approximately twice weekly during February and March 2025, aligning perfectly with school holidays and the peak winter sports season. Passengers will have the unique opportunity to travel overnight from Belgium, through the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria, before reaching the iconic Italian cities of Verona and Venice.

Chris Engelsman, co-founder of European Sleeper, expressed his enthusiasm about the launch: “We are pleased to introduce this new night train connection from the North Sea to the Mediterranean. Passengers will be able to board our train from Belgium and the Netherlands, relax in the comfort of the restaurant car, and travel through Germany and Austria, across the Alps, ending in the historic cities of Verona and Venice the following day.”
