About Us: Italy News Online was founded and continues to be run by Deborah and Sarah Cater. They are English sisters with ties to, and a love of, Italy.
Deborah Cater
Deborah has a Masters in Literature. She splits her time between Spain and Italy, living in Rovigo Veneto when in the Bella Paes.
Deborah has worked as an English teacher, translator and editor both in Italy and Spain.
Sarah Cater
Sarah is a fully-qualified and licensed Tour Guide in Italy. Working out of Florence, Sarah also spends time with her Italian family on the shores of Lago Maggiore.
