Meloni’s Christmas message in full, translated into English
“I want to wish every single Italian a Merry Christmas, may it be a Christmas of serenity, may it be a Christmas of pride. The government is doing its part to help Italy in this difficult situation we find ourselves in, but the enthusiasm of each of us is important. So, I hope it is a Christmas of enthusiasm, a serene Christmas, peaceful holidays. I want to extend a special thought to those who will be working even on festive days to ensure that each of us has essential services—those working in law enforcement, those working in hospitals, those engaged in peace missions abroad. Thank you especially to them, and best wishes, Italy.”
