There has been no official confirmation from either Ferragni or her husband, but indications appear to suggest things are difficult after Fedez, 34, left the new family penthouse in Milan on Sunday.
Chiara Ferragni, a prominent Italian influencer, and her husband Fedez, a rapper, appear to be facing marital difficulties. This follows Fedez’s decision to move out of their home, leaving Ferragni with their two young children.
“It is objectively a difficult period” for Ferragni, according to sources close to her. They added that she is “waiting to see” if Fedez’s move is “definitive” and “therefore serious.”
While both Fedez and Ferragni have remained publicly silent on the details surrounding the separation, some reports suggest the couple’s issues may have begun last year. Ferragni co-hosted the Sanremo Music Festival in 2023, during which Fedez’s behaviour sparked controversy. He kissed male singer Rosa Chemical on stage and tore up a photograph of a politician dressed as a Nazi, allegedly stealing the spotlight from his wife.
Later in the year, Fedez faced serious health challenges, during which his wife stood by his side. However, tensions resurfaced in December due to Ferragni’s involvement in a children’s charity scandal involving branded Christmas cakes and Easter eggs. The influencer is officially under investigation for fraud.
Rumours claim Fedez offered minimal support during this period and even expressed that her legal issues were negatively impacting his own business affairs.
Whether a reconciliation is possible remains unclear. Ferragni is scheduled to appear on a popular Italian talk show on 3rd March, which may offer further insights into the situation.
