In 2023, Automobili Lamborghini achieved remarkable milestones, with more than 10,000 cars delivered to customers for the first time and a record-breaking 27.2% operating margin.
Lamborghini’s revenues for 2023, totalled €2.66billion, and an operating result exceeding the €700million mark.
Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, expressed pride in the company’s achievements. He said, “Automobili Lamborghini continues to break records, reflecting the success of our strategic choices and vision.” He highlighted the significance of the €723million operating result and the 27.2% operating margin as indicators of the company’s sound strategy.
Looking ahead to 2024, Winkelmann outlined ambitious plans, including the introduction of new models such as the Urus PHEV and the successor to the Huracán, as well as Lamborghini’s debut in the endurance championship with the SC63. These initiatives symbolise the company’s commitment to growth and innovation.
Paolo Poma, Managing Director and CFO of Automobili Lamborghini, underscored the importance of sustainability in the company’s growth strategy. The aim is to create value for all stakeholders while maintaining financial and environmental sustainability.
The absence of Revuelto’s contribution in 2023 makes the company’s achievements even more significant. With a solid order bank covering production for over two years, and orders extending until the end of production for the Huracán and Urus models, Lamborghini is well-positioned for continued growth.
As the company celebrates its 60th year in business, the year 2023 signifies another triumph for Automobili Lamborghini. With a focus on 2024 and the introduction of new models and initiatives, the company remains dedicated to maintaining its position as a leader in the luxury automotive industry.
Lamborghini is also branching out into branded residences, including a new development on Spain’s Costa del Sol.
