Expo 2020 – Italy Pavilion received over 1.6million visitors

The Italy Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai closed its doors for the final time on Thursday. It attracted 1,619,790 visitors during the six-month World Fair, the first to take place in the Middle East.

A 3-D reproduction of Michelangelo’s David is on display at the Dubai Expo. However, visitors can only see the statue’s head. The torso, genitalia and legs are only visible at a lower level.
